Cancellation Policy
NO MONEY WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS TOUR. To cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that things come up! If you need to make changes, you can call, text, or email us anytime—just let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your time slot to another family. Tours typically last 30 minutes and begin promptly at your scheduled time. If you’re running late, we may need to shorten your visit or help you reschedule to avoid overlapping with other families.
